I've decided to take part in the Vinnies CEO Sleepout this year.

I hope to raise further awareness of the link between gender inequality, violence and the desperate state disadvantaged people in our community are finding themselves in. 

Every night, thousands of Australians experience homelessness. Around 3 in 5 are women and children, with family and domestic violence the leading cause.

Leaders who embrace equality and diversity get the benefit of a team full of different perspectives and strengths. More importantly, greater equality results in independent incomes and safe living choices for more people.

So I'll be sleeping outside in Melbourne in June and I hope you can help me make the most of it.  Any donation will be greatly appreciated - and you can take comfort knowing your contribution is going towards emergency housing, food and help for people in our community who need it most.
