I'm taking action for people at risk of or experiencing homelessness
The NT has twelve times the national average of homelessness, the top end sleepout will take place in the crisp Dry Season June, but homelessness isn't a fair-weather experience...
I'll spend one night in the elements, gaining a glimpse of the challenges faced by those without a safe place to call home.
My discomfort will be temporary - then I go home to my safe space with a kitchen, dining table, bathroom, laundry, carport and family.
It's hard to imagine life without these basics, many of us don't think about it enough.
Well, I'm taking action to help the devastating cycle of homelessness, and I need your support!
