One night outside, One step towards Change
This year, I’m taking part in the Vinnies CEO Sleepout to help shine a light on something we see far too often but act on far too little - the growing crisis of homelessness in Australia. As a Registered NDIS provider, Get Going Support works with people living with disability every day the links between mental illness, disability and housing insecurity are undeniable.
One night won’t solve it, but it can start conversations, raise critical funds, and remind us all that safe housing is not a privilege - it’s a right. The number of people sleeping rough, couch surfing, or stuck in unsafe, unstable accommodation continues to rise. We want to be part of the solution.
